Cosette Schulties

Cosette brings prior experience in administration and office management and now serves as an Executive Assistant to Ryan Grossman’s team. She is a longtime resident of Maryland’s Eastern Shore and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, along with a minor in Economic Development, from Messiah University in Pennsylvania.

In her role, Cosette works closely with our team to strengthen our daily operations, enhance communication, and help create the exceptional client experience we strive to deliver every day.

Outside of the office, Cosette enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on graphic design projects for her church, and taking advantage of opportunities to be outdoors.
