Barbara brings more than 27 years of comprehensive business operations experience, with a proven track record of supporting financial professionals, administrative teams, and executive leadership. Most recently, she served as a Senior Business Operations Administrator with Osaic, where she played an integral role in streamlining operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the day-to-day functions of the organization.
Originally from North Carolina, Barbara is a proud mother of four adult sons and grandmother to four grandchildren—two boys and two girls. She resides in Temple Hills, Maryland, with her beloved cat, Sammy.
Outside of work, Barbara is passionate about giving back to her community through volunteer service with Childhelp and the American Cancer Society’s breast cancer initiatives. She values family, community involvement, and making a positive impact both personally and professionally.
